We engaged ST113 Chong Wee Kin as our confinement nanny and are so grateful we did. Our baby was born small and fed very often, and she stayed up through the night to care for her so we could rest. During the day she would want to still care for her even when we told her she could take a rest. She had a real gift for soothing baby to sleep, and was patient never with baby even on the toughest nights. Baby also fell ill during this period, and she looked after her with great care and calm, which reassured us enormously. By the time she left, our little one had put on a lot of weight, which we attribute to nanny’s efforts. We also have a toddler, and nanny was wonderful with our older one too. She would happily play and keep our toddler entertained whenever we wanted some time with the baby or had our hands occupied, which made a huge difference to our family. On top of all this, she was easy-going and fit into our home effortlessly.

Hooi Min has been an amazing nanny for our baby. She is gentle, reliable, and attentive. She communicates well, follows our routine, and always keeps us updated. We felt completely at ease leaving our child in her care. We are so grateful for her warmth and dedication. Highly recommended to any family looking for a trustworthy nanny.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Esther - ST338 this year, and she truly exceeded every expectation we had! From day one, her vast experience with newborn care and her smart, efficient approach made our transition into parenthood so much smoother. She is exceptionally hardworking, adaptable, and naturally went the extra mile to ensure our baby was well cared for while seamlessly aligning with our preferred parenting style. One of the things we especially appreciated was how much Esther helped us understand our baby better. She taught us how to recognise his different needs and communication cues, including the various types of cries and what they might mean, which gave us much more confidence as first-time parents. She is also incredibly resourceful and mindful in the way she works. She was never wasteful and always used only what was necessary, whether it was water, diaper cream, laundry sheets, or other household supplies. We especially appreciated this thoughtful approach. Esther is also very well prepared and self-sufficient, even bringing many of her own tools and personal-use items, which made it very convenient for all of us. Beyond her incredible care for our little one, she also took wonderful care of the mother, offering great support throughout the recovery period. Her warm presence, dedication, and attention to detail gave us complete peace of mind. Throughout her tenure, and especially as we approached the end of her service, Esther made a conscious effort to prepare us for the transition after she left. She taught us numerous practical life hacks and baby-care methods, and patiently shared tips that would help us continue caring for our baby independently. This really reflected her strong sense of responsibility and genuine care for our family. We are extremely grateful for everything Esther has done for us and would gladly work with her again!

We hired Auntie Lim Soo Fun as our confinement nanny, and she is a very experienced and responsible professional who took care of our baby. She made our postpartum recovery and transition into life as first-time parents much easier and less stressful. As first-time parents, it is natural to have many questions, worries, and uncertainties in the beginning. Her experience and knowledge gave us a great deal of reassurance and helped us gradually learn how to care for our baby with greater confidence. Another thing we really appreciated was how proactive she was. There were many things we did not specifically ask her to do or even mention, but whenever she noticed something that needed attention, she would take the initiative to help. During the confinement period, meals need to be relatively light and less heavily seasoned than usual. Despite this, the meals she prepared were still delicious and flavourful without being bland. We are sincerely grateful for all her hard work and would recommend her to other families looking for an experienced and caring confinement nanny.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Auntie Ann (ST 232) to both FTMs and STMs! From the moment she arrived, Auntie Ann gave us a great impression, she immediately asked to wash up before handling baby, reviewed our baby log, and took the time to understand my expectations and where I needed the most support. As a C-section mum exclusively breastfeeding, I was exhausted, and she made it a priority for me to rest and recover. On her very first night, I managed my longest stretch of sleep since coming home! She was excellent at soothing and settling baby between feeds, bringing baby to me when it was time to latch and taking over again afterwards. Auntie Ann has a wealth of knowledge in newborn and postpartum care, but what I appreciated most was how adaptable and open-minded she was. She explained the reasoning behind traditional practices while also respecting modern practices and our doctor's advice. When baby had prolonged jaundice, she proactively adjusted my red date tea, herbal soups and meals accordingly. She was also incredibly patient in teaching our new helper to cook, grocery shop and choose ingredients, and was always cheerful, proactive and respectful of our preferences and boundaries. She is more proficient in Mandarin but speaks basic English and made the effort to communicate with everyone in our household. Experienced without being rigid, proactive without overstepping, and genuinely caring towards both mummy and baby. Auntie Ann completely turned my confinement experience around, and I am incredibly grateful we had her. ❤️

We have had ST 272 阿丝 as our nanny for the past two months, and we have been happy with her. She is friendly, trustworthy, and takes initiative in her work. She is also open to suggestions and feedback, and is willing to make adjustments based on our preferences and needs, taking care of both baby and mummy. Her cooking is tasty, and she takes the initiative to check with us about what we would like to eat each time. She is also caring towards baby. Overall, we appreciate her positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn and adapt. She has been a great help to our family over the past two months 😊.

I strongly recommend ST 367 Nanny Mi Fong if you want a nanny who is experienced, patient and a loving attitude towards babies. She has helped to guide us new parents on how to handle our firstborn and she has a very good attitude towards handling challenging situations that can happen with a baby. I never once worried about whether my child will be safe in her hands. And I have learnt so much from her. She is also takes care of the house very well and is very easy to work with and talk to. She took great care of both myself and baby, and we were especially grateful for her attentiveness and responsiveness to our baby’s needs. Amazing experience with Zhen Jie (ST 361). She was very very kind to our baby and took excellent care of her every need - from showering her twice a day to giving her massages to relieve gassiness. She also took care of us through her excellent cooking and felt like a family member in the short time she was here! What really set her apart though was how respectful she was towards our preferences and opinions, and how she was willing to share her knowledge and experience. All in all, a complete gem in a stressful newborn period!
